The brace itself is ok, the customer service is bad.
Brace didn't work for my dog, it would not fit her and the customer service rep kept stringing me along until my 30 days was expired, They now refuse to take their product back. Its not about the money, its a principal of them not returning their product after they refused to return my emails, and then the customer service person was rude when I brought it up to them.
I wouldn't purchase another product from here and I will take to my sister who owns a veterinary clinic and who referred me to this product saying she wanted to give them a try.
Buyer beware.

We are sorry that you had this experience. Unfortunately, we were not able to process your request because you reached out to us two months after your purchase (Feb. 9th, 2022). Per our Return Policy that was agreed to upon checkout and included with your order we cannot accept returns past 30 days. In your only correspondence with a customer service representative (April 8, 2022) you mentioned reaching out to us within the 30 day timeline. We could not find any communications as you mentioned. We said that we would honor your request if you were able to forward the request you had sent initially. Your only response to this is that you would leave a bad review. If you are able to locate the emails sent within the 30 days after purchase, we would be happy to have a return started for you!
