Dual Knee Brace

This Balto^® Bundle contains 2 Balto^® Jump braces, left and right orientation, to provide bilateral support to canine’s knees.

The Balto^® Jump stifle knee brace is carefully designed to stabilize your dog's post-traumatic or acquired knee joint deficiencies in both hind legs. The Balto® Jump is designed to support one of the most common injuries in canines, Cranial Cruciate Ligament (CCL) trauma. Affecting millions of patients annually, CCL injuries include: full or partial tearing of the ligament, luxation of the patella, and knee joint conditions such as: arthritis, arthrosis and varus/valgus instability. This canine knee joint brace is a great solution for dogs suffering from limited mobility following injuries to the CCL joint. These breathable compression wraps, made with non-neoprene material, provide stability and support to your dog's rear legs without compromising natural movement. This knee brace is an excellent option for dogs in need of additional support to both back knees while maintaining an active lifestyle.

Recommended for all ages unless otherwise advised by veterinarians. Apply brace for balanced increments of time, if appropriate, for pets under the age of 2 to prevent possible growth disturbances.

Instructions for Use

Step 1

Start by removing the anchor kit and applying the Jump to the right leg (see Jump "Instructions for Use") (Fig. 1 & 2).

From the right Jump, keep only the back strap and remove the anchor that would wrap around the contralateral leg. Insert it into the top buckle of the right Jump (Fig. 3)

Pass the back strap over the back and attach it to the left Jump. Apply the Jump to the left leg and tighten as needed (Fig. 4 & 5).

The back strap is adjustable: Remove the Velcro end and cut the strap to the desired length. Reapply the Velcro end and tightly close with the Velcro strap to ensure the brace is stable. Adjust the contralateral side as needed (Fig. 6 & 7).

Pass the collar strap under the collar or harness and attach the other strap under the back strap (Fig. 8-10).

Once the product reaches the purchaser, Balto USA reserves the right to refuse a full refund. Balto USA will accept returns or requests for refunds for any product within 30 days of receipt of product. Refunds will be processed within three business days of receipt of product and will be issued to the method of payment used at purchase. Keep in mind that refunds can take a 5-10 business days to reflect in your account. Refunds will only be honored if during the initial fitting the product is determined to be a poor fit, function, and/or the product is affecting the health or healing of the patient. Visual inspection may be required.

The brace must be in resale condition to receive a refund. This means that the brace cannot have hair, wear, dirt, and/or no modifications can have been made to the brace. If the packaging is damaged there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from that product's refund. After we receive the brace back, we will evaluate its condition and then issue a refund.  Balto USA does not offer refunds for refusal from your pet to wear the product. If the purchaser simply does not want to use the device for reasons other than described above, Balto USA will not issue a refund.

For supplement, nutritional, or consumable product items: Returns and exchanges are only available for unopened, sealed products in original packaging.

Balto USA will NOT cover the cost of return shipping. If you are needing to exchange your brace, a return mailing label will be provided for you once your request has been approved. To exchange a product, you will need to place your new order online. Once we receive the return or exchange back, we will evaluate its condition and then issue you a refund. Returns and exchanges must be in resale condition to receive a refund.

If for any reason delivery is confirmed by the carrier and the product cannot be found, a police report must be filed before a replacement is sent. If the product is lost by the carrier, Balto USA will file a claim and a replacement will be sent.
